Returns & Refunds
* No return or refund will be accepted for slight colour differences or minor variations from the website images.
* Orders placed after agreeing to these terms are considered final.
Damaged Product Policy
* If you receive a damaged product, we will either:
* Replace the product, or
* Provide a refund after verification.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
* A complete opening/unboxing video is compulsory to claim any return, replacement, or refund.
* The video must be recorded from the beginning of opening the package without cuts or edits.
* Claims without an opening video will not be accepted.
